Piments Martin
Almost there!
The sauces are on their way and will soon be available – just a few more days of patience before you can add some spice to your life.
Maison Martin is the sauce manufactory of three cousins – Jean-Baptiste, Anna and Benjamin –, who decided in 2019 to make spicy sauces the way they would like to eat them: using chilies grown outdoors in France and hand-picked only when fully ripe. In their family workshop in Loir-et-Cher, they process the pods into purée, ferment it and age it in barrels before slowly simmering it with spices and French tomatoes. This creates a range of sauces with very different heat levels, from mild varieties like Hegoa to very hot ones like Armageddon. We carry several of their sauces – for anyone who likes their food a little spicier.
