Huilerie Leblanc

Since 1878, the J. Leblanc oil mill in Burgundy's Iguerande has pressed oils using traditional craftsmanship: The seeds and nuts are ground on stone mills, gently roasted and carefully pressed – in small batches, with plenty of patience and without compromise. The result is oils of exceptional aromatic depth, among the best in France.

With us you will find the intensely nutty walnut oil and the neutral, high-heat grape seed oil as well as the fine vinegars of the house – from the elegant Champagne vinegar to the oak-barrel-aged red wine vinegar and cider, raspberry and tarragon vinegar. Plus the artisan-made mustards in the Dijon tradition: coarse-grained "à l'ancienne", with white wine, with tarragon or with honey and balsamic vinegar.

Whether a classic vinaigrette, mustard sauce or a final drop of walnut oil over the finished dish – with Leblanc you bring a piece of French culinary culture into your kitchen.
